Appointments are preferred, but not necessary. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please provide a daytime phone number so that we may call you in advance to confirm your appointment or notify you of any changes. For the best selection of available times, reserve your services at least a week in advance. A deposit may be required for multiple service appointments.
A treatment room and staff member are reserved for you when you make an appointment. In order to keep our costs down, we ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. There will be a service charge for cancellations within 4 hours. Cancellations for multiple services, packages and Saturdays require a 24-hour notice. All no-shows will be billed at full value.
